He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Ash and Meta Ash (Evers); his son Gregory Ash; and his siblings-in-law, Wendel Lumley, Jack Hughes, Ray Puntney, Stanley Heithold, Richard Heithold, Donavon Heithold, Ardath Putney and Ziola Heithold.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Ash (Heithold); his sons, Jeffrey (Linda) and Stephen Ash; his grandchildren, Alice Elliott (Bear), Gabe Ash (Brooke), Jessica Cutler (Steve), Travis Ash, Austin Ash and Westin Ash; his great grandchildren, Mac Elliott (Maggie), Lincoln Ash, Leah Ash, Lucas Cutler, Natalie Cutler and Emerson Cutler; and his great great grandchild Jett Elliott. He is also survived by twenty sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Jerry's memory to a worthy and noble cause of the donor's choice.
