He is survived by: his children, Lisa Smith, Joni Stevenson and Robert Stevenson; his son-in-law Michael Smith; his grandchildren, Kali Smith and Robbie Stevenson; his great grandchildren, Tre and Ada Stevenson; and his siblings, Glenda Holtz, Linda Reid, Leroy Stevenson and Larry Stevenson.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home North (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803). A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cemetery Missouri Veteran's Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
