Jewell is survived by: daughter Karen Westfall (Mark) of Mt. Vernon, MO; grandchildren, Zach Westfall (Kayla) of Mt. Vernon, MO, Zane Westfall of Concordia, MO, Zeth Westfall (Bonnie) of Chesterfield, MO and Emily Weber of Joplin, MO; great grandchildren, Marcus, Jack, Wyatt, Kaidyn, Macy, Nevaeh, Kevin and Tyson; and sister Shirley Schweiss of Rolla, MO. Jewell is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
