He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sparks and Arlene Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Sparks of King's Way United Methodist Church; his siblings, Jack Sparks, Caroline Hensley and Mary Strothkamp; his daughters, Stephanie Sheridan (Jim) and Heather Heuston (Tom); and his grandchildren, Courtney LeCluyse (Wilson), Matt Sheridan, Rex Heuston and Lance Heuston.
