He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kelley Allen; his children, John Wayne Allen (Rhonda) and Delaina Allen; his granddaughter Jennifer; his great grandchild Wyatt; and his siblings, Sue Headlee, Bill Allen (Donna), Mark Allen and Bonnie Cook (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
