He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Beazley and Lucile Bray Beazley; his sister Diane Koffs; his in-laws, Ed and Elizabeth Burlingame; and his son-in-law Steve Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Burlingame; his son John E.; his daughter-in-law Dawn; his daughter Jan Dunn (Chris Paul); his grandsons, Aaron (Milly), Travis (Jessica) and Brian Beazley (Hailey); and his great grandchildren, Reese, Nora, River, Mya, Luca, Cale, Nash, Crew and Knox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
