He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Collyar and Mary Falkenberg Collyar; his children, Eric and Mary (Darlene); and his stepdaughter Tonya Yates (Shirley).
He is survived by: his daughter Lucy; his son-in-law Mark Gordon of Springfield, MO; his stepson Dean Fouts of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Jaime Anglen (Chris), Michael Gordon (Lesley) of Springfield, MO and Sarah Fouts of Madison, WI; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ellie, Bella, Zoe and Ben.
