With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Hume of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack Hume and Ann Hume. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Davidson; his stepson J. P. Stockton; his sons, Jack and Sean Hume; the parent of his children Shelley; and his siblings, Paul, Vicki Hume, Terry Touhey, Mike Hume and Jana (Malcolm Hukriede). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity of John's or to Alzheimer's Research.
