It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Holtmann (Springfield, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anglum and Florence Ann Holtmann (Glatz); and his brother James Joseph Holtmann. He is survived by: his children, John (Anne), Lyn, David (Molly) and Beth (Larry Lee); his grandchildren, Alexa (Philip Schuchardt), Maggie, Madelyn, Elle (Andrew Mais), Max, Lydia, Peter, Kirsten, Anna and Jenae; his great grandchildren, Poppy and George Mais; his former wife Virginia Smithberg (John Smithberg); his cousins, Carolyn, Gloria, Janine, Vicki, Vince, Kathleen and Delores; and his siblings-in-law, Jenny, Dave, Jim and Kari. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
