He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Gallagher II and Elizabeth L. Gallagher (Loveless); his brother Timothy E. Gallagher; and his great-nephew JP Gallagher. He is survived by: his siblings, Merry Hicks (Clint) of Springfield, MO, Robert Gallagher III (Theresa) of Springfield, MO, Patrick Gallagher (Joann) of Sioux Falls, SD and Monty Gallagher of Springfield, MO; his nieces and nephews, Shannon Henke (Mark), Kristen Gallagher, Brandi Gallagher-Taylor (Steve), Angie Dougan (Doug), Kari Gallagher, Kelli Zimmer (Dusten), Tracy Cooper, Troy Hicks (Dee) and Mike Hicks (Johanna); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Gallagher, Christian Henke, Josef Baltz, Hardy Dougan, Nolan Baltz, Kadence Cooper, Henley Dougan, TJ Henke and Grayson Henke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nova Center of the Ozarks in honor Johnny Gallagher.
