He is survived by: his wife Erin Melton; his siblings, Thomas Palicki (Pam) and Sharon Clutterham; his daughter Patricia Mayer; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Koetje, Adam (Crystal), Eric (Tija) and Paula Sharp. He is also survived by five great-nieces and two great-nephews, as well as many other family members and special friends.
