He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Helen Smith; his former wife Lorrita; his siblings, Sarah Arbuckle, Betty Lund, Ben and Albert; and his half-brother Bob Kinser.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his sons, Mike, David (Mai) and Lance (Krista); his stepdaughters, Rachel Gray and Bethany Line; his grandchildren, Melissa, Derek and Carlie Hunt; and his half-sisters, Janet Adams and Sandi Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
