He is survived by: his wife Tara Fields; his children, Jennifer Pitts of Emporia, Cory Gall of Willard, Bryan Roush of West Plains, Dawn Hulvey (Brent) of Birch Tree, Amber Rose Roush of Mountain View, Missouri and Heather Roush of Mountain View, Missouri; his brother Joe Fields (Paula) of Pueblo West, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Amber Marie, Jasmine, Aurora, Kameron, Tucker, Zailyn, Gunner and Kaitlyn.
