She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Francis and Alice Marie Dunn; her husband Clell F. Harmon; her son George Downing; and her brother Robert Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Darrin Downing, Clell A. Harmon (Helen), Tim Harmon (Tammy), Lisa Burns and Gaitha Downing; her daughter-in-law Gaitha Downing (Lisa Burns); her grandchildren, Aaron, Anthony, Afton, Taylor, Ethan, William, Josiah, Ollie, Alex, Ashley, Matthew, Josie and Jeremiah; her siblings, Joann Sabel (Bill) and David Dunn (Gloria) of Missouri; and her sister-in-law Donna Dunn of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
The family requests any memorial contributions, in honor of Joyce (a cancer survivor), be made to the Hulston Cancer Center, Springfield, Missouri, in lieu of flowers.
