It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Horner of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Penland and Betty Penland; her son Jordan Horner; her sister Jill Elliott; and her nephew Jared Elliott.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Horner; her daughter Jasmin Horner; her grandchildren, Lillian, Quinn (Isiah Horner) and Amelia (Ezra Gutierrez); her stepparents, Wayne Mowery and Sammy Penland; and her stepsiblings, James, Marianne and Cathy.
