She is survived by: her husband David L Coberly; her daughters, Lori Price and Amy Cardwell; her son-in-law Reggie Price; her grandchildren, Dustie Price and Joshua Price; her mother Lori; her son-in-law Sam Cardwell; her granddaughters, Reese and Riley Cardwell; her siblings, Chris Young and Kay Meyer; and her brother-in-law Mack. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to The American Parkinson's Disease Association (APDA), a charity that helped Kathie in many ways during the past 21 years.
