With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Valdemar of Springfield, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 22, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kathy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kathy. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father Art Valdemar; and her half-brother Robert Torres. She is survived by: her mother Mabel Valdemar of Springfield, Missouri; her nephew Matt Torres of Herndon, Virginia; her great-nephew Owen Torres of Herndon, Virginia; and her aunt Flora Longoria of Bryan, Texas.
