Kayla Cheyenne Guthrie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kayla Cheyenne Guthrie (Springfield, Missouri), born in Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Bobbie Jean Loveless Kline; and her grandfather Phillip Askew Guthrie. She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Askew Guthrie II and Sally Conlan; her sister Ansley Cate; her niece Paisley Rayne; her aunts and uncles, Tony Conlan, Alex Conlan, Joco Conlan, Stacey Rushing, Michelle Davis and Julie Kaufman; and her grandparents, Dan and Charlene Conlan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Southwest Missouri Humane Society.
