He is survived by: his parents, Ron Boaz and Judy Boaz; his wife Bethany; and his children, Averie and Brady. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Juanita K. Hammons Hall (525 S John Q Hammons Pkwy, Springfield, MO 65806).
