He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his granddaughter Lauren; his daughter Stacy; his son-in-law Floyd; his granddaughters, Allison Erwin and Ashlee Erwin-Lowry; his stepdaughter Jen Ritchey; and his grandson Christian Turk.
