He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Horn and Flora Horn; his son Kevin; and his wife Joyce Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne (Ralph Siebert) of Rogers and Colleen (Dane Hutchins) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Eric Siebert (Katy), Amanda Siebert Ward, Brad Ruby, Chad Horn Ruby, Delaney and Canon Hutchins; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Ellery Siebert, Leighann, Kinley and Carsyn Ward.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arc of the Ozarks Springfield Division.
