As Kenneth departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kenneth leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lotter and Lougean Lotter; and his grandson Casey Lotter. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Lotter; his sons, Kevin, Shaun (Kendra Goetz) and Brandon (Renee Borage); his sibling Fay Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Brady and Alyse.
