He is survived by: his wife Debbie Karr (Martin); his children, Krissa (Kory Jacobsma), Brandon Frick, Macy, Frank Reinders, Dawson and Caitlin Jacobsma; his stepchildren, Clint, Jamie Hooyer, Kim and Don Hunsaker; his stepgrandchildren, Halle, Hope and Harlee; his siblings, Nancy (Doug Rolan), Roger (Sharon Karr), Gilbert (Patti Karr) and Ruth (Lynn Fountain); and also, Judy Kuiper, Connie, Jerry Pauley, Greg and Debby Martin.
