He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret May Versaw and Herbert Guy Goodman Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Mike Goodman (Julie), Greg Goodman (Colleen Powell-Dawson) and Tiffany Brandon; his brother Johnny Goodman; and his grandchildren, Kaden, Jaymee, Jalen, Kolten, Brooklyn, Payton, Enzo, Talitha, Nick and Mary.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home (4500 S Lone Pine Ave, Springfield, MO 65804). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Honor Flight of the Ozarks, P.O. Box 3964, Springfield, MO 65808-3964.
