He was predeceased by: his mother Aileen Long Ollis of Springfield; his wife Fay Bartlett Vandivort Ollis; his brothers, James Alfred Ollis (Charlotte Southerland Ollis) and Joseph Dudley Ollis (Judy Johnson Ollis); and his mother-in-law Frances Vandivort of Springfield.

He is survived by: his niece Jacqueline McIntosh (Greg); his great-nephew Blake (Elizabeth); his nephews, Matthew Ollis and Christopher Ollis (Jessica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fletcher of Springfield and Campbell of Springfield; Kelcie, Braden, Landon and Brooke Mills (Ryan).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (515 E Division St, Springfield, MO 65803).
