He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Blizzard and Ruth Blizzard; his wife Sharon; his daughters, Karen Smith and Janet Biggers; his son-in-law David Biggers; his grandson Reid Biggers; his brother Frank; Ruth.
