She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Burkhart and Frank Burkhart; and her former husband Leonard Busch. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Smoot (Daniel) and Rosemary Forester (Quinton); her sisters, Joan Walker and Sherry Cook; and her grandchildren, Emma, Virginia and Lacey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
