She is survived by: her husband Douglas Vander Waal of Springfield; her daughter Crystal Callahan (Jason) of Ozark; her siblings, Alan Miller of Springfield and Janie Miller of Springfield; and her mother-in-law Phyllis Bittner of Battlefield. She is also survived by nephews and cousins.
