Linzy Cargile Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linzy Cargile (Springfield, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Cargile and Noble Andy Cargile; his siblings, Andy Cargile and Madelene Carter; and his sons, Joseph Cargile and Daniel Cargile.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Cargile; his children, Alicia Cargile (Lee), Christy Jarvis (Howard) and Curt Worlund (Lisa); his grandchildren, Alec, Reid and Erin Jarvis; his children, Lars, Anna and Hope Worlund; and his siblings, Molly Bauer (Bob), Bob Cargile (Margaret) and Davis Cargile (Andre). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Country Club (1020 E Republic Rd, Springfield, MO 65807). A reception will be held on Sunday, June 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
