We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lloyd Arthur Schmidt (Springfield, Missouri), born in Harvey, North Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Schmidt and Lydia Lutz Schmidt; and his siblings, Geraldine Larson, Marlene Whippert and Sheldon Schmidt.

He is survived by: his former spouse Valory Matz; his wife Janice Dahlstrom; his children, Arthur and Lynette; his brother-in-law Emil Weippert of Fargo; his brother Lee; and his sister-in-law Karen Nordlie of Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to North Dakota Veterans Cemetery Foundation, 1825 46th Street, Mandan, ND 58554.
