He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Evatt and Ada Evatt (Head); his wife Juanita; his siblings, Marvin Evatt, Paul Evatt, Helen Scott, Florence Payne, Stella Snell and Oleta Morgan; his sister-in-law Lois Gray; and his niece Lesia Clemens.
He is survived by : his sister-in-law Annabelle Gleghorn; his siblings, , Bill Evatt, Bob Evatt (Alice) and Shirley Smith; his nieces and nephews, DeWayne Gray (Liza), Terry Yake (Mark) and Carolyn Heavin (Don); and his great-nieces, Taylor and Shelby Yake. He is also survived by other extended family and countless friends.
