She was predeceased by: her parents, Milan Randolph and Lillian Randolph; her sister Jo Ann Lippman; her former husband Bull Starnes; and her husband Rex Biggs.
She is survived by: her sister Joy Saville of Las Vegas, NV; her daughters, Susan Pon of Springfield, MO, Jacque Starnes of Strafford, MO and Chantel Rotert (Rusty) of Springfield, MO.; her grandchildren, Derek Pon (Laura) of Kansas City, MO, McKenzie Huddleston (Brandon) of Springfield, MO, Sami Satterfield (Jared) of Rogersville, MO, Myranda Rotert of Springfield, MO and Stephanie Rotert of Springfield, MO.; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Laramie Satterfield, Blakely and Harvey Pon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bull Starnes Memorial Scholarship at MSU.
