He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bills; his brothers, David of Basking Ridge, NJ and Brian (Renee) of Springfield, MO; his brother-in-law Roger Bills (Karen) of Springfield, MO.; and his caregiver Cedarhurst. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
