He was predeceased by: his parents, John Terry Tisdale and Opal Ross Tisdale of Malvern, Arkansas.; and his brother John Terry Tisdale, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Tisdale; his grandson Jean Luc Lave (Tamara Tisdale) of Springfield; and his friend Rick Mashburn of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
