He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Ealy and Nellie Ealy; his former wife Doris Jean Ealy; his brothers, Paul Ealy and Earl Ealy; his stepson-in-law Micheal Jones; and his nephew Bill Ealy.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Glenda Heiserman, Gail Jones, Lyle Shaulis (Evelyn) and Dean Shaulis (Patti); and his nephews, Jeff Ealy and Mike Ealy. He is also survived by eleven Grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Marvin's memory to Brookhaven Nusing Home in Springfield, MO.
