She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Klepper and Opal Klepper; her brother Johnny Klepper; and her husband Dr. LaMoine DeVries. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff DeVries (Sherri) and Mike DeVries (Martha); her granddaughters, Kelsey Tucker (Johnny), Hannah Lohr (Greg), Madi Lewis (Jacob) and Haley Medellin (Braxton); her great grandchildren, Lucy Tucker, Avery Tucker, Milly Tucker and Theodore Medellin; her siblings, Bertha Mach and Harry Klepper (Gail); and her siblings-in-law, Elwayne DeVries (Alice) and Deloris DeVries. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Even as her physical health deteriorated, she refused to succumb to pneumonia, COVID, and a broken hip.
