She was predeceased by: her parents, D. J. "Potsy" Montgomery and Louise Montgomery (Wilson). She is survived by: her brother Bob Montgomery; her nephew Bobby Montgomery; her great-nephew Robert "Stevie" Littleton; her children, Kathy Johnston (Troy) and Ed Singleton; her grandchildren, Lindsey McDonald (Bryan), Tanner Johnston (Cassidy), Zach Singleton and Avery Singleton; and her great grandchild Cooper Johnston.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home North (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Cemetery Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65807).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Coquetta's memory to The Gideon's International, Billy Graham Evangelism Association, or Samaritan's Purse.
