We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2025, at the age of 90, Mary Jane McDowell in Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry John Althaus and Emily Joughin Althaus; her husband Raymond S McDowell; her son Craig McDowell; and her siblings, Harry Althaus and Jean Lee.

She is survived by: her daughter Jody McMurry (Ted) of Ozark, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Erin McMurry, Kristin McMurray Tallent (Aaron) and Ty McMurry (Alicia).

Should friends desire, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
