He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewy Buchanan and Essie Baskin (Jacobs); his former wife Shirley J. Baskin; his daughters, Valerie Wilburn, Deborah Lee and Sandra Howard; his grandson Timothy Parker; and his siblings, Garth Baskin, Wade Baskin, Blake Baskin, Reba Laster, Ann Schmatjen and Marilyn Kilcrease.
He is survived by: his wife Shari Baskin; his children, Steven M. Baskin (Junellen) and Vickie Wood; and his stepchildren, Ben Black (Kelli), Ryan Black (Nicole) and Sara Black. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
