He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kaylor and Marie Elizabeth Kaylor (Lamb); his siblings, Danny Simmons, Sheila Kaylor and Linda Duvall; his brother-in-law Robert Slaughter; his nephew Bob Slaughter; and his great-nephew Joe Blaine Slaughter.
He is survived by: his family, Pat Tillman, Johnnie Tillman, Maryann Slaughter, Chip, Patsy Dickerson, David and Jane Dickerson; and his friend Mike Shoemaker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
