He is survived by: his wife Gwen Betters; his children, Kimberly (Matt), Leslie (Joe), Daniel (Aimee) and Pamela (Ivan); his grandchildren, Jace, Haven, Hope, Emma, Matt Jr., Amber, Cole, Nolan, Olivia, Cannon and Maria; his brother Eddie Jr. (Gail); his nephew Duke (Daisy); and his cousins, Lauren (Lynette) and Mona (Robert). He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the Spokane School District Music Department in Mike's memory.
