He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Sandy (late Charles Simon), Marty, Mike Jones, Butch, Maria Martin, Claire (Gerald Sharkey), Chrissy, Eric Meduho, Henry and Donna Grassa; and his pet Kirby.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Michael's name to the foundation of Springfield Public Schools Hillcrest High School B.A.S.E. Program, 1131 Boonville Ave., Springfield, MO 65802.
