He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Jr. Crippen and Hazel Hamm Crippen; and his grandparents, Frank, Sr., Estelle Wilkinson Crippen, Clinton Cason Hamm and Annie Kelly Hamm.
He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Crippen Daugherty of Webb City, MO and Michael Alan Crippen, Jr. of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Aiden James Ingram of Webb City, MO, Luna Evelynn Ophelia Daugherty of Webb City, MO and Ella Delilah Daugherty of Webb City, MO; and his sister Debbie Crippen Zumalt of Lafayette, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and friends.
