He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stevens; his daughters, Erin Nelson (Mike), Shannon Kirby (Cecil Jr.) and Stacy Stevens (Adam); his siblings, Susie Redden, Shellie Stevens, John Baldwin, Billy Beaty, Danny Stevens and Robert Stevens; and his grandchildren, Taylor Stevens, Jenna Stevens, Samantha Stevens, Dylan Nelson, Jessie Nelson, Cecil Kirby, III, Michael "Mikey" Clemens and Lydia Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
