He is survived by: his wife Billie Stewart; his children, Vanessa Stewart and Jerry Stewart; his daughter-in-law Julie Stewart; his siblings, Daniel Stewart, David Stewart and Sharon Devine; and his grandchildren, Lexie, Logan Stewart and Jaylee Stewart.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home (500 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO 65806). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (925 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65807). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church in Myril's memory.
