She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Letha Kelley (Ballard) and Russell Kelley; her spouse Jerry Harmison; her sons, Jerry Jr. (Jean) and Michael (Kim); her grandchildren, Jessica Olson (Ryan), Kylie Dass (Brody), Jenna Toedtmann (Clint) and Michael Jr. Harmison (Aliya); and her sister Rita Whitlock of Pittsfield, Illinois. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren; and countless friends.

They all loved Norma daily, and they together endured the isolation required during COVID.
