She is survived by: her husband Paul Jr. Perry; her former spouse Dyellen Perry; her daughter Deborah June Perry; her granddaughter Michelle Keithley; her brother Andrew Starnes; her grandchildren, Michelle Hull and Johnnie Jones; her great grandchildren, Caitlin Carman, Zachary Keithley and Cameron Howard; her siblings, Bonnie Boatwright, Shirley Marler and Lloyd Delbert Perryman; her granddaughter Christa; her grandson-in-law Case Howard; Matthew Jones and Paul. She is also survived by many relatives, lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Blind Community Thrift Store, 2713 N. Kansas Expressway, Springfield, Missouri 65803, a cause close to her heart.
