It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Phalen of Springfield, Missouri, born in Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ruble and Joyce Ruble (Hudson); her sister Barbara (Jim); and her foster daughter Claudette Newell. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Delcour (Ronnie) and Debbie Campbell (Darryll); her grandchildren, Nathan Delcour, Chelsi Norris (John), Taylor Anderson (Kolton) and Rielly Wallace (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Avery, Lila, Vivian and Elliott; her stepchildren, Terri, David, Sherry and Bobby; her brother Michael Thomas Ruble (Mary); and her nieces, Jennifer Darnton (Rob) and Katherin Ramsey (Karlyn). She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
