He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry and Betty Haynes; and his mother-in-law Sue Terry. He is survived by: his wife Kim Terry; his son Tucker; his parents, Susan Johnson and Keith Johnson; and his sister Nikki Hummel. He is also survived by step brothers, niece, nephew, and several cousins.
