He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Tinlin and Muriel Annabelle Tinlin (Begg); and his siblings, John Tinlin and Thelma Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tinlin; his children, Paul Tinlin Jr. (Tara) and Katherine Tinlin; his granddaughter Abigael Tinlin; and his great grandchild Grace Tinlin.
